Technical Specification for 600mm Woven Label Starching&Finishing Machine

I. Material Feeder+ Chemical Tank:

• One gluing roller and a gluing motor.
• Five stainless steel tension shafts.
• One set of rubber rollers 
• One reduction motor and a digital automatic tension controller set (stops the machine when the tape is too loose or too tight).

II. Drying Unit:

1. 6 drying drums featuring stainless steel surfaces and Teflon-coated interiors.

2. Each drying drum is equipped with a 10KW heating power.

3. One reduction motor.

4. Each drying drum is equipped with:

   - Three sets of  heating tube groups

   - One set of conductive rotating magnetic rings

   - One set of high-temperature heat-conducting oil rotary joints

   - One temperature control panel

   - One set of thyristors

   Each drying drum can be independently temperature controlled (adjustable from room temperature to 200 degrees Celsius), 

   and there is a temperature monitoring system for all six drying drums.

III. Tape Collection Unit:

1. Five tape collection rollers.

2. One set of rubber rollers 

3. One reduction motor and a digital automatic tension controller set

IV. Control Cabinet:

One set of control cabinets, including three inverters, seven temperature control instruments, six thyristors, speed indicators, voltage meters, switches, and knobs.

V. Material Storage Tank:

Made of SUS304 stainless steel. The drying drum surfaces are coated with SUS304 stainless steel with Teflon.
