Our machines are CE certificated European quality standards. 90% of our machines use original brands part imported from Germany, Korea, Japan, Taiwan, UK, etc. We are 100% responsible for the quality of our machines.

Our machines are not the cheapest one but definitely are the most cost-effective one. We always put the machines' quality and our service in front of the price.

Our after-service is a timely and fast reaction. All of your questions will be replied in 1-8 work hours, problems solution will provide in 2-12 hours.

We don't have any sole agent in any country at present. Once we meet the responsible and capable relative trade companies, we will consider it. Currently, we provide after-service to you directly.

Welcome you to check our machines in our factories. Or you can check our machines in our booth when we attend the industrial professional exhibitions. Sometimes, you can check our machines in our clients' place after we got their approval.

We accept T/T only at this moment.

Trade terms: EXW factory, FOB, and CIF

Normally, it is 20-30 workdays depends on the specific machine requirements. The delivery date will be longer once hit the holiday in law or the peak season.

It depends on the specific machine model. To big and complex machines, we will send the technician to install and training freely. To small and simple machines, we don't send a technician to install, but if you really need our technician's help, you will be charged for the labor cost separately.

1). Considering this problem, our machines use high quality and some original import brands parts from Japan, Korea, and European countries,

this can ensure the machines are durable and the performance of machines is stable.

2). Best optimized machine mechanical structure which is the most important key factor of good machines.

3). Turkey market we have an agent to provide door-to-door technical support. For clients from other countries, we will provide after-service online directly by 24hours*7 days, any of your problems, we can give you the solution at the first time( in 2-8 hours).

4). Any quality problems with our machines themselves, we will provide free replacement parts without any hesitating.

5.We will provide videos and professional files to support your work.
